Ticket holders(car parks): RED Gate.EX14 9JD Please head for Broadhayes cross, do NOT go to Stockland or the farm.
The turning is 600m north of Stockland hill television mast and can easily be reached from the A303/A30 and A35.
New. To avoid tail back be prepared to show your car parking or campervan QR code ticket on arrival at the RED Gate.
Gates open for camping at 3pm. Festival opens at 5pm.
special note for Campervans ONLY: If the weather has been wet we may direct you via the Blue Gate(trade) on Friday evening. If you are bigger then a Volkswagon campervan (ie you cannot fit into a normal parking bay in tescos) you may be turned away here. However, there are a few spaces reserved in the overflow campsite adjacent to the carpark, RED gate, for oversized vehicles and large tents.
Goren Festival 2024
Thank you for booking your tickets for Goren 2024. We are looking forward to seeing you here in the wild flower meadows and have a wonderful line of music, activities, shows and food for you to enjoy all weekend.
Here is some helpful information to help you find the festival and make things go smoothly when you arrive
Camp sites and car parks opens at 3pm on the 5th July and close at 10pm every evening for new arrivals. The festival finished at 7pm on Sunday and you are welcome to stay Sunday night and leave by 10am on the Monday 8th July.
There is a luggage service from the car park to the main gate with tractor trailer. If conditions are safe we will you can ride with your luggage. If however it is wet and slippery or the trailer will cause mud and unsafe passage for pedestrians we will halt this service. Hours: friday:3pm-9pm Sat 10am-12am Sunday 10am-12am, or if we have staff. This is a discretionary service and please be polite and helpful to the staff.
Main site and bars are open at 5pm, music and school disco starts at 6pm.
Directions: head for Stockland hill television mast, which is 5 miles east of Honiton. At Broadhayes cross, 600m north of the mast or use this postcode for your satnav EX14 9JD, follow signs for the RED gate and the main car park and camping. Please do not come to the farm.
Tickets/QR codes:By now you should of recieved your tickets with QR codes on via an email at the time of booking.
Be prepared to show your car park QR code or camper van QR code at the car park for scanning where you will receive a band for you camper or tent. You will then be asked to present your individual ticket QR codes for attendees at the main gate. – These QR codes can be shown on a device of printed off preferably. We will check you in and affix wrist bands at the main gate. We will write your mobile number on children’s wrist bands.
Camping: For families with small children, camping is available inside the main gate. General camping is outside the main gate and if that is full then there is overflow spaces next to the car park field.
Campervans: Please follow the campervan signs in the car park field. You will be allocated the next space in the line. We operate on a campervan policy only. Oversized vans will ba asked to park in the overflow camping area.
We would like to remind you this is a zero waste site and expect you to take your camping rubbish/recycling with you when you leave. There will be a licensed bar and a great choice of reasonably priced food available throughout your stay. We have reusable Goren festival cups which we will sell when ordering a drink for an extra small charge. At the bar you can refill or exchange it for a clean one. This will help us with recycling.
So you can leave the beautiful meadows as you found them. Please don’t camp or walk in the long uncut grass and stick to the paths provided.
Alcohol, we ask you not to bring alcohol purchased outside into the arena, gardens or activity site. You will be allowed a reasonable amount into the campsites.
No pets and no glass to be brought onto the festival site, car parks or family camping areas.
One final thing its going to be a very dark night, great for the star gazing, moth catching or seeing glow worms… so please bring a torch..
