Activities
WHAT’S GOING ON?
There are a lot of things brewing down on the farm at the moment, and this list is just a sample of what activities are planned for Friday evening and Saturday. Check in regularly or follow us on Facebook to get exciting news from the Goren team as the festival story unfolds.
PLENTY OF SPACE TO EXPLORE
Set in the middle of 70 acres of wildflower meadows, this festival is different from most, with the meadows forming an active part of the event. Footpaths are cut throughout the farm with information boards dotted around the fields for guests to explore. We are pleased that several conservation charities are giving their time and expertise to be on hand to lead guided walks around the environment throughout the weekend.
Take a tour of the orchards and learn about the arts of traditional cider making and bee-keeping,
During the evening we are planning some Moth Trapping. On Friday and Saturday evenings and Storytelling around the Lime tree with Clive PiG at 7.30pm on Friday, 8.30am, 4.30pm and 7.30pm Saturday. At 12pm Sunday.
Look out for the Swings Swamp, go Bird-spotting & Moth Trapping, Butterfly Counting,… Check Tree Id’s as you walk around the meadows and explore the stream. Top tip: Don’t forget to bring wellies!
