Thank you for your interest in supporting our festival.

  This form is for a Standard Food & Beverage Vendor Pitch, £100*  includes 1 standard fairground pitch, 5m deepx5m wide, 3 adult tickets. camping/caravan/vehicle. can be placed on the pitch if space allows.  You are asked to have your setup ready to trade by 1pm on the Friday unless specifically requested otherwise. 

  The festival asks for a 10% commission of gross sales but will offset this against the pitch fee already paid. This will be collected in cash at the end of the festival before you leave. Vouchers will be given to staff and should be accepted at any food stall in the festival. These can be cashed in at the Bar at any time.

  Please indicate the size, number of staff, number of vehicles and camping requirements and menu below, for example you may not need a tent space.  You won’t be charged again, but we need the information for allocation purposes.

  By clicking the submit it is assumed you have read, understood and agreed the terms and conditions . Council Inspection are likely and we will be asking to see a copy of your certificates on the 1st day before opening. Grounds Gates open for Set-ups & take downs
